Strength & Conditioning

A full-body strength and conditioning class designed to build power, endurance and overall athletic performance.

You’ll work through structured strength blocks combined with conditioning elements, helping you lift with confidence while improving endurance and movement quality.

Engine

Hyrox

Engine is your go-to conditioning class, built to develop aerobic capacity and real-world fitness.

You’ll combine ergs (ski, row, bike) with functional equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells and sandbags. Expect structured workouts that build stamina, efficiency and confidence, whether you’re training for HYROX or general fitness.

This class brings together all the key HYROX movements in one high-energy, race-style session.

Expect sleds, burpees, wall balls, lunges, carries, and cardio, programmed to mirror the flow of a HYROX race. You’ll rotate through stations that challenge your strength, endurance, and mental grit, all in a focused 60 minute workout.

Circuits

‘Saturday Send’ Hyrox

A structured, station-based class designed to build your fitness foundations.

Think of Circuits as your all-rounder, ideal for building the physical qualities needed for more advanced training and HYROX-style sessions.

This is what we call the Saturday Send, when you give everything you’ve got for 90 minutes.

Working in pairs, you’ll take on full or partial HYROX-style race formats. This class is about pushing limits together and learning how to perform under fatigue - just like race day.
