Classes
ENGINE
Engine is your go-to conditioning class, combining ergs (ski, row, bike) and running with functional kit like dumbbells, kettlebells, and sandbags to build real-world fitness and aerobic capacity.
HYROX
This class brings together all key Hyrox movements. Sleds, burpees, wall balls, lunges, carries, and cardio into one structured, high-intensity session.
You’ll rotate through workouts that mimic the race flow, combining strength, endurance, and mental grit. Expect full-body effort, smooth transitions, and a serious sweat all in just 60 minutes.
“sATURDAY SEND” HYROX
This is what we call the Saturday Send - When you give absolutely everything for 90 minutes.
Working in pairs, you’ll tackle full or partial Hyrox race formats with high intensity, strategic pacing, and mental grit. It’s all about teamwork, pushing limits, and performing under fatigue, just like race day.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This is a full body strength and conditioning class designed to help you build power, endurance and overall fitness.
METCON
This is a high energy conditioning workout built around functional movements. Using bodyweight, free weights, sleds and sandbags.
Expect less time on the ergs and more time moving, lifting, carrying and pushing yourself alongside others.
Circuits
A structured station-based class designed to build your baseline fitness. This session focuses on developing:
Strength, muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, agility and skill execution
Think of it as your all-rounder session. Perfect for building the physical qualities needed for more advanced HYROX training.
