Founder & Coach
Aaron is a coach who’s been helping people change their lives through fitness since I was 18. Born and raised in Aberdeen, he discovered his passion for sport early on and by the age of 15, knew exactly what he wanted: to become a personal trainer and guide people towards becoming the strongest, most confident version of themselves.
From the beginning, Aaron has been known for his high energy, attention to detail, and results-driven approach. He coaches with high standards, but also keeps it real.
Over the years, he has clocked thousands of hours on the gym floor and helped hundreds of clients transform from photoshoot-ready physiques to features in Men’s Health to stepping up for their first Hyrox competition. I’ve competed in Hyrox myself, and I’m always striving to improve, not just as an athlete, but as a coach and mentor.
His journey has taken him from Aberdeen to Amsterdam, where he worked for one of the world’s top personal training businesses, then to Manchester to explore the hybrid fitness space. But it was during his time on the Wirral, near Liverpool, where he felt the true power of a close-knit, supportive fitness community. It reminded him that the most rewarding part of coaching isn’t just the results; it’s the people you meet and the environment you help build.

Victoria is a fitness coach known for combining structure, high energy, and straight-talking support with a strong focus on proper technique and long-term results. Her approach helps clients build confidence, feel strong in their bodies, and take control of their health without sacrificing their careers, social lives, or sanity.
Before stepping into coaching, Victoria worked in a professional corporate environment and holds two degrees, a background that shaped her goal-driven mindset and disciplined work ethic. She now brings that same ambition and structure to her coaching, helping clients train smart, stay accountable, and feel empowered both in and out of the gym.
Originally from a small village in North Wales, Victoria brings big energy, honest support, and a sprinkle of tough love to every session. Get ready to train hard, laugh often, and level up because with the right plan and the right coach, you can have it all.

EDGE Performance is purpose built for hybrid training, featuring everything you need to move, lift, push, pull, and perform. From sled tracks and rigs to ergs, free weights, and functional kit, every piece of equipment has been chosen with performance and progression in mind.
