    Pilates Power is our strength driven, high energy Pilates class designed to challenge your body and take your training up a level.

    This is Pilates with intensity, blending classical technique with modern conditioning for a full body, sculpt style burn. Move through controlled, powerful sequences using light weights, resistance bands and targeted bodyweight work to build muscular strength, endurance and definition.

    Expect elevated heart rates, deep muscle engagement and precise coaching to keep your form sharp and your movement intentional from start to finish.
